Hello Society

Hello Society,
This is a letter written on the 9th of August 2011. Today is a day that will remain in our memory for the rest of our lives or at least as far as we can remember. It’s a lonely moment, a day in which we finally learn that money holds no value.
The rating of the dollar has been lowered immensely and the people of the United States are waiting for their government to find a breakthrough. It’s somehow funny and yet sad, how the US and the EU are reacting the same to an issue that is world spread. Even though they both know that having to wait for voting is extremely dangerous in the current situation.
This is something that isn’t only being showed in politics, but all around the globe. The hunger is Somalia isn’t going to stop ‘just because we want so’. It can only stop if we DO something. Although not everyone may agree with the decisions being made. In this modern society, we cannot afford any longer to simply wait for a council to come together before we act. (UN)
This is a moment at which hard decisions will need to be made. No matter if they are good or bad, something has to be done. While we sit here and do nothing, people will be suppressed, left without any food and money will be worth nothing more than trash.
So come together and share your ideas. Tell the politician of your choice what you think. Push them to act NOW, rather than to wait for Mr. President.
Together, uniting all the people around the globe, we can make things better. Only if we do something, we can make a difference. Stop sitting in your chair politician, ambassadors, charity and those inspired by these words.
Let’s make a difference!
